The lady with the peanut allergy was so grateful for your care and consideration in keeping everything separate, and she was absolutely fine.

This is the first time I have been to this coffee house, and it we excellent, the staff are lovely, the coffee wonderful, and we couldn’t go without having cake, which was enormous, and such good value.

Just wanted to say, as ever hubby and I had a lovely lunch today, can’t find how to leave a review on Facebook so here it is, always greeted with a friendly hello, food was delicious, had a BLT in a cafe in Lincoln last week and was not a patch on the one I had today, am always recommending Ginger Cow to visitors that ask where there is to eat when they visit my historic place of work, never disappointed with the food or service received from this family run business, thank you, the village would be lost without this cafe. 5 stars all the way xx

Thank you all so much for your hard work on the 4th. Everything went really well. The afternoon tea and buffet were both gorgeous. A particular favourite of everyone were the gorgeous scones and the chocolate cake! Yourself and your staff were lovely and nothing was to much trouble. Your service was exactly what we wanted for our wedding and the afternoon tea just set the mood perfectly.

The buffet was excellent and enjoyed by all with enough left for tea later in the day. The mini cakes were a big hit all going in one go backed up by the big chocolate cake.

Just to let you know how impressed we, along with all the guests, were with the buffet. It was amazing and nearly everyone commented on it (people of the older age generation do seem to judge a funeral by how good the food was at the wake after!😁). You made it so easy for us and it was one less thing for us to worry about as I knew the catering was in safe hands.

I was fortunate to ha,be been sent a Gentleman’s tea for Father’s Day which came from Ginger Cow. It was delivered by a lovely lady, I was amazed to see the cardboard hamper so well thought out, But once opened the surprise continued, packed with an amazing array of food,all packed and presented in a very professional manner, sandwiches salads etc the list goes on and all to a high standard, There was enough food for four people, It felt like afternoon tea at the Ritz Well done Ginger Cow

We visited last week for afternoon tea and it was absolutely fantastic we had a children’s afternoon tea and two adults and we had enough cake to keep us going for a few days after!
This week we visited again for breakfast, the food was cooked to perfection.
The staff were absolutely lovely, very friendly and helpful. They made so much effort with cleaning down the tables, chairs and the menus after each customer. Definitely made you feel safe.

It was easy to discuss and arrange changes to the initially suggested menu with you in order to give the vegetarians in the group a greater choice. You kept me fully informed about the progress in estimating the probable numbers of guests to be catered for and your final phone call confirming the event was most welcome and meant that I could concentrate on other tasks. Considering how little time was available to make the arrangements I felt that you were always in control and that the catering was in good hands.

As a family we are delighted with the quality and quantity of the food supplied. Thank you for organising the mulled wine, it was most welcome on a cold Friday afternoon. Every one involved with the catering were very friendly and worked hard to make sure that the guests were well fed and watered.

I would like to once again thank you and Diana so much for the buffet that you supplied to us on Saturday at my mum and dad 50th Anniversary. Everyone commented an how nice it was and the quantity.

Ginger Cow provided us with a friendly and comprehensive service, including face to face consultation to plan our events catering, regular updates via email and text to cover any changes to numbers, venues etc and on line quotation. The service over the two days of the event was second to none with more than adequate numbers of staff provided to serve our guests as required. The food itself was nothing short of delicious and we are still being told how wonderful it was by our guests. In short, everything tasted great, was well presented and there was plenty of it. Such high standards of catering came in at the high end of what i wanted to pay but I am glad that we did as no one was disappointed. Thank you Di, Peter and the Ginger Cow.

This is a favourite place to eat lunch or enjoy a coffee. Tonight the hubby and I went for an evening meal after voting. The lovely vibe is very different to during the day, if the weather had been better we would have eaten outside. Menu was great the food and wine was fabulous and nothing is too much trouble. Well done Di and Peter. If you want something different for an evening meal this is the place to go. I can highly recommend it, go on give it a try you will not be disappointed.

We had a LOT of great feedback about all of the food from our ladies. Everything was tasty and homemade and I know the puddings were a particular hit! Lovely ambiance, lovely food, lovely drink, lovely owners. Car park opposite, plus cake shop and deli. Di and Peter have made this upmarket establishment a great place to visit. Always a warm welcome.

I often go the the ginger cow on dinner breaks or at the weekend. Wether it’s for a coffee and a slice of there yummy cakes or a good hot meal! Great quality and great service. The owners are an amazing couple and always make us us welcome! Thank you guys your doing a great job xx

Ginger Cow is a small coffee shop in the village of Coningsby. The staff were very helpful, lovely individual decor, and a good choice of menu. It is not the cheapest, but the quality is superb. We had a light snack, with coffee, and then could not resist the fabulous choice of cakes, and had to buy some to take home with us. Great choice of milkshakes in unusual flavours, and wide range of smoothies. Free car parking across the road. Would definitely recommend a visit.

I had a lovely Stilton burger here, it was really tasty and came with plenty! The staff were also very friendly I would definitely recommend people go here for lunch!

Absolutely amazing, Di and her team are fantastic. My husband and I called in for an afternoon coffee, as we walked in the door I was instantly drawn to the cakes, all I can say is out of this world, delicious isn’t a strong enough word for how amazing it tasted. The gifts that are on display are lovely and very reasonably priced ,service is more than a 5*. I can not wait to return. Thank you so much Di and your staff they are a credit to you .

First visit today to try the milkshakes. They were delicious. My 2 year old son enjoyed hi. Vanilla milkshake. Will be back to try the cupcakes very soon..

 The food you provided on Saturday was really lovely and looked so good too. My sister said she thought it was one of the best buffets she had been to. The quantities were just right too.

Your Carrot Cake is delicious and is so soft and moist – I couldn’t make it better myself. I had to come back for more.

 Thank you so much for attending the Charity Summer Fayre yesterday in Bottesford…. We raised over £300 for the British Red Cross medical loan centre from the sale of refreshments and the tombola so we are very pleased. This will enable the purchase of three new wheelchairs, which will be loaned out to clients…. We very much hope to work with you again in the future.
